Cleaning Fee: $300

Security Deposit: $1000

The standard rates are for a maximum of 21 guests.
There will be additional charges for larger groups based on the situation.

Rules & Policies

• Please no smoking or vaping inside the house, smoking is allowed outside
• No pets allowed
• Children allowed: ages 0-17
• Don’t sit or swing on the rope railings
• No drinks on the game tables
• No jumping off the main floor deck
• Wear life jackets when in the water craft
• Obey all Pennsylvania water safety guidelines
• Events allowed: birthday parties, family gatherings, weddings, corporate events, reunions, other events
• Sorry, we do not host after prom parties or parties of people under 25 years of age
• Maximum event attendees: 60
• Maximum overnight guests: 21
• Minimum age to rent: 25
• Check in after 4:00 PM
• Check out before 10:00AM

Damage and incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

$1000 Security deposit is returned 5 days after checkout.

Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 90 days before check-in.
• 50% refund of amount paid if you cancel between 60-89 days before check-in.
• No refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in.
